Jason Tasker

Jason Tasker has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jason started their career as a Junior Systems Administrator at the Texas A&M University System Health Science Center in 1999. Jason then progressed to roles such as Senior Systems Analyst, Lead Network Engineer, and eventually Chief Network Engineer at the same organization.

In 2012, Jason joined C&J Energy Services, Inc. as an IT Infrastructure Manager, where they served until 2016.

Following that, they worked at Stelligent Systems LLC as a DevOps Automation Engineer, responsible for automating AWS deployments and providing DevOps support to a scrum team.

In 2017, they joined Infiniti Consulting Group as a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer. There, they designed and implemented cloud architectures, led technical teams, and played a crucial role in pre-sales and delivery phases.

From 2019 to 2021, Jason worked at Slalom as a Principal in Technology Enablement. In this role, they focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation initiatives for clients.

Currently, Jason Tasker holds the position of Principal Architect at ClearScale since 2021.

Jason Tasker obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate Level, AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional. These certifications were obtained between the years 2016 and 2020.
