Tom Waters

Tom Waters is the Head of Group FP&A at ClearScore, where they manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Tom's extensive experience includes roles as Head of FP&A and Interim Finance Director at Aro Finance Limited, and Finance Business Partner at Nichols plc. Previously, Tom worked at KPMG UK, first as an Audit Assistant and later as an Assistant Manager in Deal Advisory. Tom holds an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Leeds.
