Mark Goh

Founder & CEO at Clearspace

Mark Goh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at CPP Investment Board as part of the Private Debt team, focusing on North American and European credit investments. In 2012, Mark became a Credit Analyst at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P.

In 2014, Mark founded ChargeSpot Wireless Power, a company that provided wireless charging solutions for phones in commercial buildings. Mark served as the CEO until 2018.

Mark was also actively involved in The Wireless Power Consortium from 2015 to 2017, where they held the positions of Co-chair of the North America Promotional Working Group and Chair of the North America Infrastructure Applications Group.

In 2016, Mark joined The Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship as a member of the Council of Entrepreneurs and Collaborators, contributing to the institute's mission of providing policy advice on innovation and entrepreneurship in Canada. Mark stayed in this role until 2020.

Finally, in 2019, Mark founded Clearspace and served as its CEO. The company offered a one-stop-shop solution for office interior construction and aimed to make better spaces available to more people.

Mark Goh attended the University of Toronto from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Their specialization was in Finance and Accounting, with a major in Economics.
