Danielle Scott

Danielle Scott has eight years of work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Recruitment Consultant at Jaguar Land Rover. Danielle then moved to Senior HR Advisor at Kaplan International in 2017. In 2018, they became an HR Business Partner and HR Advisor at OneWeb. In 2020, they continued their role as an HR Business Partner at OneWeb. In 2022, they became an HR Business Partner at CloudSense and UK HR and Office Manager at ClearSpace. Throughout their career, they have worked on various HR projects, such as organisational redesign, up-skilling, policy review, HR systems, process maps, FAQ databases, HR guidance documents, recruitment, learning modules, employee relations, and recruitment process improvement.

Danielle Scott completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in International Business with Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde between 2008 and 2012. In 2010, they also attended City University of Hong Kong for a course in International Business with Management Science and HRM.
