Francesco Crippa

Francesco Crippa is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Clearspeed since October 2024. Prior to this, Francesco held the position of VP of Platform Engineering at Uniphore, where leadership in building exceptional teams and developing a comprehensive Conversation AI platform across a global multi-cloud infrastructure marked a significant contribution. Francesco's experience also includes serving as VP of Engineering at Rollbar and Director of Web Applications at Zillow, where strategic leadership and organizational transformation enhanced engineering cultures and operational success. Earlier roles at Webex and Cisco Systems involved technical leadership and project management across diverse teams, while Francesco co-founded Byte-Code S.p.A, an international tech consultancy specializing in Java Enterprise Platforms. Francesco holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Milano.
