Justin Fowler

Justin Fowler has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Justin started their career as a Business Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 1995, where they held various positions in customer service, sales, and worked for the regional management team. At Liberty Mutual, they also worked on project teams, implementing training and new technology, and researching enhancement opportunities and expansion projects. In 2005, they became self-employed and acted as the Sales Marketing lead for a retail insurance agency until 2015 when it was sold. During their time as self-employed, they managed multiple projects simultaneously and established world-class service standards. From 2015 to 2019, Justin worked as a Product Manager at NinjaRater.com, the first comparative rater for workers' compensation insurance. Justin focused on streamlining the quoting and delivery process, reducing the decision making time by 90%. Currently, Justin is a Product Manager at Clearspeed, where they oversee the development and implementation of Clearspeed voice analytics technology. This technology is used for risk screening and has been adopted by leading global corporations and government organizations.

Justin Fowler has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, which they obtained from Saint Mary's College of California in the duration of 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology at California State University - East Bay from 1997 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Justin obtained the Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from Product School in January 2020, the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in February 2019, the ECBA certification from IIBA in July 2018, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2019.
