Adeel Malik

Adeel Malik is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Clearstep. Prior to that, they worked as a Health & Life Sciences Analytics Consultant at Accenture from February 2016 to July 2018. Before that, they were a Neuro-Immunology Researcher at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from June 2012 to November 2015.

Malik has always been interested in the healthcare industry and how to improve it. Adeel started their career as a researcher, studying how inflammation affects the nervous system. Adeel then transitioned into consulting, using their knowledge to help Accenture's clients in the healthcare industry. Adeel saw an opportunity to further help healthcare organizations when they co-founded Clearstep, and they have been working tirelessly to make it a success ever since.
