Alexandra C. has extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as a Strategic IT Partner at Clearstream since September 2018, with roles in IT Procurement and Project Management. Prior to this, Alexandra worked at Deutsche Börse from April 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included Quality Assurance Management and technical support for exchange participants. Experience also includes premium customer support at Interoue Czech S.R.O, and various positions in credit and collections at Hewlett-Packard Financial Services and IT support at Tech Team. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din București and has obtained ITIL® Foundation Certification and Project Management Foundation credentials.
