Bertina Hajdini

Bertina Hajdini's work experience includes serving as Vice President - Strategy & Change Management at Clearstream, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse Group, since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Back Office Department Manager at Banka Societe Generale Albania starting from January 2011. From April 2019 to June 2023, they worked at OTP Bank Albania as the Corporate Secretary Department Manager and Chief Compliance Officer, where they were responsible for managing compliance, AML risk, operational risk, legal risk, and corporate governance. Bertina also acted as the Corporate Secretary, providing support and information to the board of directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders. Before that, they worked as the Corporate Secretary Department Manager and Chief Compliance Officer at Société Générale from December 2015 to April 2019. From October 2007 to December 2010, they served as the Head of Payments and Correspondent Banking at Banka Popullore, and they started their career as a Documentary Business Coordinator at DOCU from April 2006 to October 2007.

Bertina Hajdini has an MBA in Master of Business Administration from Epoka University. Bertina also holds a degree in Economics with a focus on Business Administration from Tirana University. Additionally, they have obtained an International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention from the International Compliance Association in 2021.
