Dominic Lay

Dominic Lay is a Risk Manager at Clearstream since October 2023, overseeing the 2nd Line of Defence Risk Management focusing on cybersecurity, operational risk, risk reporting, and controls assurance. Previously, Dominic served as a Senior Consultant in the Trust & Risk team at PwC Australia from June 2019 to October 2023, concentrating on technology risk for the financial services sector. Dominic's career began at Tabcorp as a Consultant in Trust & Risk and an Account Sales Specialist from October 2016 to April 2019. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Information Systems and Marketing from UNSW, completed between 2016 and 2018.
