Eamonn O'Brien

Eamonn O'Brien is an experienced professional with a strong background in Information Security, IT Risk Management, and IT Project Management. Since May 2018, Eamonn has served as a Quality Assurance Auditor at Clearstream, focusing on planning and remediation controls related to information security. Prior to this role, Eamonn worked at RBC Investor & Treasury Services for over 13 years in various positions, including Information Security Manager, where responsibilities included safeguarding business and personal data, and IT Project Manager overseeing hardware and software changes. Earlier experience includes positions at BCEE as an IT Developer specializing in COBOL, CICS, and DB2, as well as experience in the life assurance industry at Irish Life & Permanent. Eamonn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Limerick and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Security Management from the University of Luxembourg.
