Francis Noel

Francis Noel has worked in the financial industry for over two decades, holding various roles in different companies such as Clearstream, Nomura, International Financial Data Services Luxembourg SA, and State Street Luxembourg. Currently, Francis is serving as the Vice President for Business Development in Issuance and Distribution Services at Clearstream since January 2013. Prior to this role, Francis held positions such as Business Analyst and Manager Settlements in other companies.
