Laura Sardano

Laura Sardano began their work experience in 2010 as a Recruitment Assistant Intern at Axis Legal. Laura then continued their internships at DO RECRUITMENT ADVISORS-Luxembourg and Clearstream as a Recruitment Assistant. In 2012, they became an HR Assistant Intern at Clearstream.

In 2013, Laura joined Deloitte Luxembourg as an HR Administration Officer and later progressed to the role of Senior HR Officer in the Recruitment & Sourcing department. In 2018, they were promoted to Assistant Manager, where they managed a team of four members responsible for recruitment in Tax, Audit, and Business Support Services.

By 2020, Laura became the Manager of Recruitment & Sourcing at Deloitte Luxembourg. Their responsibilities included recruiting for the Tax & Accounting Service Line and managing a team of three members. In 2021, they moved on to their current position as Senior Associate Vice President - Recruiter HR Global Business Partner - CEO/CFO - CIO/COO at Clearstream.

Laura Sardano obtained a Master's degree in Foreign Languages applied to Business and Management from the University Paul Verlaine Metz. Laura completed their studies from 2007 to 2012.
