Marion Arrojo

Marion Arrojo has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Marion is currently the VP Regulatory Program Management at Clearstream since January 2023. Prior to this position, they worked as a Compensation Benefits Manager at Clearstream from December 2019 to December 2022. Before joining Clearstream, Marion worked at RBC as a Manager Compensation and Benefits from August 2018 to November 2019. Marion also gained experience at RTL Group as a Group Compensation & Benefits Analyst from November 2015 to August 2018. Marion started their career as an HR Assistant at Groupe SEB from September 2014 to August 2015, and as an HR Assistant Intern at SEGULA Technologies and Siemens in 2014 and 2013 respectively.

Marion Arrojo completed a Master's degree in HRM (Human Resource Management) from IAE Dijon from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in HRM (Human Resource Management) at IAE Nancy from 2013 to 2014. Marion also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sciences Sociales/Travail Social from Umeå University in 2012-2013. Before that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Administration at ISAM IAE Nancy from 2010 to 2013. Marion Arrojo's secondary education was completed at Lycée Jeanne d'Arc, Nancy, where they earned a Baccalauréat in Sciences Physiques from 2006 to 2009.
