Neil Lydon

Neil Lydon has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Neil started their career in 1995 as a Project Manager & Product Consultant at Misys Banking Systems and worked there until 1999. Neil then moved on to MYER where they served as a Senior Test Analyst from 2001 to 2002. In 2003, they joined Goodbody Stockbrokers as a Project Manager until 2007. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at The Citco Group of Companies in roles such as Business Analyst, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Program Manager. Since 2014, Neil has been with Clearstream where they have held positions like Head of Business Change - IFS, Head of Business Management Ireland - Investment Funds Services, and currently, Head of Investment Funds Services Business Management.

Neil Lydon has a diverse education history. In 1985, they completed their Leaving Cert at Summerhill College, Sligo. Neil then pursued a B.A. in Marketing & Languages at Dublin City University from 1989 to 1993. In 1993, they continued their education with an MSc. in Computer Science at Queen's University Belfast. Neil later obtained a Diploma in Business Analysis & Consulting from the National College of Ireland in 2009. In 2010, they achieved a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Ahearne Collins. In 2011, Neil pursued a Specialist Diploma in Lean Systems at the University of Limerick. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Digital Financial Services and Data Analytics from University College Dublin in 2018. Neil's further professional development includes obtaining a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
