Phil Brown

Phil Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, primarily at Clearstream since June 2005, where leadership roles have included Chair of the Clearstream ESG Steering Committee and various executive positions including Chief Executive Officer of Clearstream Banking SA and Clearstream Holding AG. Additionally, Phil serves on the Executive Board of Clearstream Holding AG and is a Co-CEO of Clearstream Banking. Contributions to the International Securities Services Association include membership on the Executive Board and a tenure as Chair. Previous roles encompass leadership positions at REGIS-TR, The Bank of New York, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and JP Morgan Chase. Phil holds a BA Hons 2:1 in Banking, Insurance & Finance from Bangor University.
