Rosen Ivanov

Rosen Ivanov possesses extensive experience in market infrastructure and securities settlement, currently serving as Vice President of Target Services Governance at Clearstream since October 2021, contributing to harmonization efforts within Eurosystem and representing Clearstream's interests in governance structures. Prior to this, Rosen worked at the European Central Bank from 2009 to 2017, focusing on securities settlement harmonization and regulatory compliance, and held various expert roles within working groups. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of the Secondary Market of Government Securities Division at the Bulgarian National Bank, where Rosen was responsible for implementing EU standards in post-trading infrastructures and managing government securities settlement operations. Educationally, Rosen holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Business from the University for National and World Economy at Sofia.
