Stephen Hong

Stephen Hong serves as the Deputy Head of Compliance at Clearstream Banking S. A. since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in regulatory compliance and legal matters. Prior to Clearstream, Stephen held multiple roles at OCBC Bank from June 2015 to February 2022, including Assistant Vice President in Group Legal & Regulatory Compliance, where responsibilities included liaising with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, tracking regulatory developments, and overseeing incidents of regulatory breaches. Stephen also led the FATCA/CRS Division for Global Wholesale Banking, providing advisory support and managing tax compliance initiatives. Stephen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of London and a Diploma in Internet and Multimedia Development from Temasek Polytechnic.
