Volker Henke

Volker Henke currently serves as the Head of Post Trade IT Governance at Clearstream, where responsibilities include governance, process, and quality management since March 2020. Prior to this role, Volker was an IT Manager at ALDI SÜD from November 2016 to January 2020, overseeing a team focused on the development and operations of ServiceNow, Jira, and Clarity. Volker also held the position of IT Project Manager at Esprit from May 2011 to September 2016, specializing in IT service processes, KPIs, and standards, and worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from October 2007 to April 2011, concentrating on business-IT strategy. Early in career, Volker was an IT-Mitarbeiter at Continental from July 2005 to July 2006. Volker obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the University of Münster.
