Michael Leotta has extensive experience in the insurance industry, most recently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Quote.com from July 2022 to January 2023, where the focus was on connecting high-intent digital insurance shoppers with reputable brands. Prior to this role, Michael dedicated 25 years to State Farm ®, advancing through multiple positions such as Claims Specialist, Claims Trainer, and Process Analyst, and developing expertise in complex auto claim handling, claims training, process improvement, and data analysis. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and an Associate's degree in Insurance, both from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
