Febin Sathar is an experienced engineering leader and architect currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Clear since May 2021, where responsibilities include designing a high-scalability Recon System for the Indian Tax domain and overseeing various engineering teams. Prior to Clear, Febin held roles at Medlife.com as a Senior Software Engineering Manager and Architect/Data Scientist, managing large teams and implementing significant architectural improvements. Febin co-founded BetaSense Engineering Analytics Pvt Ltd. and has consulted for organizations such as ShotTracker Inc. and Indee.tv. A technical expert, Febin's proficiency spans a wide range of technologies, including Python, Java, Spark, and Docker, with a strong educational background in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
