Marlo E. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they are working as an Implementation Project Manager at Cleartrace, where they oversee the successful deployment of sustainability accounting software to partner companies in the technology, finance, and energy sectors.

In 2021, Marlo served as a Mentor for startups through MIT Solve's Unbundle Policing: Reimagine Public Safety Challenge, supporting tech-based social ventures focused on decreasing unnecessary law enforcement encounters. Marlo also worked as a UK Client Delivery Manager at CoGo, a climate fintech company, where they managed the technical deployment of carbon emissions tracking solutions for global banks and implemented carbon footprint features for mobile app users.

Marlo's previous experience includes founding and serving on the Board of Trustees of RVA26, a nonprofit organization that provided financial support and advocacy to community members in the RVA metro area. Marlo also worked as a Project Manager in a contract role, handling various projects, and as an Associate at PowerSchool, where they managed client relations and technical project management for K-12 education technology products.

Additionally, Marlo gained experience as an Intern at Truth Initiative, a Research Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship Alumni at the U.S. Department of State. Throughout their career, Marlo has demonstrated strong leadership, community engagement, and project management skills.

Marlo E. attended Virginia Commonwealth University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. They also studied French Language and Literature at Université Lumière Lyon 2. Currently, Marlo is pursuing an MBA fellowship at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
