Tim Tully

Tim Tully is a Partner at Menlo Ventures and has served as Splunk's Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since 2018, previously taking on the CTO role in 2017. With a strong background in technology, Tim spent 14 years at Yahoo! Inc. in various engineering leadership positions and began their career at Sun Microsystems. As a proponent of data analytics and product design, Tim is dedicated to fostering organizational transparency and emotional intelligence in leadership. They hold an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. from the University of California, Davis, and continue to advise various startups and universities.
