Thomas Feddo served as the first Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Treasury for Investment Security, where, from 2018 to 2021, he led the interagency Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and oversaw its national security reviews of cross-border transactions totaling more than $400 billion. He previously served as Assistant Director for Enforcement at the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Special Assistant to the General Counsel of the Navy and Majority Oversight Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives’ Energy and Commerce Committee.
