Erich Lauer

Erich Lauer is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Staff Software Development Engineer at Clearwater Analytics since July 2022, Lauer previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at IdeaRoom, Relias, and WhiteCloud Analytics, contributing to projects from September 2019 to June 2022, May 2017 to July 2019, and July 2012 to May 2017, respectively. Earlier in the career, Lauer worked at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer from April 2006 to July 2012 and at ProClarity from December 2003 to April 2006. Lauer earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Idaho between 1999 and 2003.
