Previously, at Oracle for over two decades, Norm held positions such as Senior Manager Global Customer Support, Senior Principal Support Engineer, and Customer Service Support Specialist. With a degree in Finance from California State University - East Bay, Norm has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction across various sectors.
