Steve Doire

Steve (CPA, CFA, CPCU) has extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance asset management, and general asset management to Clearwater and its clients. He works closely with platform development teams, clients, and other industry influencers to evolve both the Clearwater system offering and the user experience of Clearwater’s clientele.

Steve is the founder of DCS Financial Consulting, where he advises asset managers and insurers on various financial and strategic matters. He is a Managing Partner of Insurance AUM Journal, the leading industry journal of insurance asset management. Steve is affiliated with IZALE Financial Group, where he works with insurers to optimize capital, tax, and accounting efficiency on specialty investments.

Previously, Steve worked for more than 20 years as a leader in Deutsche Asset Management’s insurance asset management group. He helped grow the business from $20 billion to more than $200 billion in AUM, including expansion into global markets.
