Tom Knapp

Tom Knapp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client servicing and team management, currently serving as the Client Servicing Team Lead and Service Delivery Manager at Clearwater Analytics since January 2022. Prior to this, Tom spent over a decade at Wells Fargo, where roles included Team Manager, Learning and Development Facilitator, Team Lead, and Premier Banker, with a strong track record of enhancing customer satisfaction scores and productivity. Earlier experience includes positions as Lead Salesman at Connect Wireless and Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance. Tom is an alumnus of Boise State University.
