Currently serving as Engineer Principal for Clearwater Paper Corporation, Wayne has previously held roles such as CTO Plant Manager & Power Process Engineer at International Paper and Senior Process Engineer at Paper Excellence. Their educational background includes an MBA from the University of the Virgin Islands and a BSc in Chemical & Process Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
