Jon Couch

Jon Couch has extensive work experience in the financial field. Jon started their career at Pitney Bowes, where they held various financial roles and gained a solid understanding of corporate finance. After that, they joined Andersen Consulting, where they specialized in IT consulting and outsourcing. In 1999, they moved to Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where they led financial teams and worked on large-scale outsourcing projects. In 2002, Jon joined Penn Millers Insurance Company as Vice President of Finance and Controller, leading significant improvements in financial processes and successfully guiding the company through an initial public offering. Jon then became the CFO for Sordoni Construction Services before transitioning to GWC Warranty, where they served as Vice President of Finance and later Chief Financial Officer. Jon continued their career as Chief Financial Officer at Automobile Protection Corp. (APCO) / GWC Warranty before joining FiberLight, LLC in 2019 as their Chief Financial Officer. Jon currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Clearwave Fiber. Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and risk management.

Jon Couch completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business and Economics at Lafayette College from 1987 to 1991. Jon then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from the University of Connecticut School of Business between 1992 and 1996.
