Luis Gutierrez

Luis Gutierrez has a strong background in software engineering and development, with experience spanning over a decade. Luis is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Clearwave Corporation since October 2021. Prior to this, Luis held various positions at Comcast, starting as a Web Developer and progressing to the role of Lead Application Developer. At Comcast, they were responsible for architecting and developing applications for TechOps notification, device monitoring, and file backups. Luis also mentored junior developers and implemented TFS Build and Release Manager.

Before joining Comcast, Luis worked as a SharePoint Consultant at Gulfstream Aerospace, where they developed SharePoint Hosted apps and created web parts using technologies like Knockout.js and Twitter Bootstrap. Luis also had a brief stint as a .Net Developer / SharePoint Consultant at Unbounded Solutions, Inc. during the same period.

In 2013, Luis joined iTexico as a .Net Full-Stack Developer, where they worked on projects involving permission modules and the development of system views using KnockoutJS and DevExpress. Prior to that, they worked as a .Net Web Developer at Teknol, where they created a web store using MVC 4 and ASP.NET and collaborated closely with the sales department to implement discount mechanisms.

Luis's career began at Absa Sonora in 2011, where they served as a .Net Web Developer. Luis developed a web application for the sales department, gathering requirements and designing the architecture of the relational database. Before that, they worked as a Web Developer at CsWeb, focusing on enhancing the functionality of the SIGEFA web application.

Throughout their career, Luis has demonstrated expertise in various technologies and frameworks, including AWS, S3 buckets, Elastic Beanstalk, Sage Master, Lambda Expressions, Gateway Endpoint, SSIS Packages, and SQL Server. Their work experience highlights their ability to architect and develop applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Luis Gutierrez completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Luis pursued this degree from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, during the same period, they also studied Information Technology at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, earning a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree. In January 2014, Luis obtained a Xamarin Mobile Certification from Xamarin.
