Terri Tolbert

Terri Tolbert has a diverse work experience in various roles. Terri worked at Clearwave Corporation as a Senior Eligibility Specialist, providing support in eligibility processes. Later, they transitioned to the role of Client Support Specialist in the same company.

Prior to their time at Clearwave, Terri worked at Norwood Clinic, Inc. as a Compliance and Credentialing Manager, where they managed compliance and credentialing processes. Terri also worked at Norwood Clinic as a Coding and Training Specialist, Coding Specialist, and Administrative Assistant, in which they handled coding, training, and administrative tasks. Before that, Terri worked at Calico Corners - Calico Home as a Sales Associate/Designer, helping customers with designing custom household items.

Terri started their career at the University of Montevallo as a Resident Assistant/Hall Director, where they planned programs, enforced residential rules, and oversaw staff meetings.

Terri Tolbert completed their Bachelor's degree in Interior Design at the University of Montevallo from 2006 to 2012. In 2016, they obtained certification as a Certified Medical Compliance Officer from the Practice Management Institute. Additionally, in 2013, Terri completed the AAPC online CPC training program.
