An approved member of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents, we provide a full Block Management service to both Leaseholders and Freeholders in the South-East of England. Based in Wokingham, we offer a high-quality Property Management service and take pride in all aspects of our business. We obtain most of our new business through personal recommendation from our existing clients.

We assign a dedicated Property Manager and Book Keeper to each site, and cap their portfolios so that service is not diluted.
