Ingrid Padilla

Ingrid Padilla currently serves as the Coordinadora Capacitación at CLEBER since January 2023, focusing on continuous improvement in sales by enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective staff training on brand, product knowledge, processes, technical skills, and sales techniques. Prior to this role, Ingrid was the Coordinadora Regional de Capacitación y Desarrollo Organizacional at Grupo ZEU from February 2021 to January 2023, overseeing the training and organizational development department nationally across seven business units and four brands.
