Julio Torres has extensive experience in human capital and strategic management, having held various roles from 1997 to the present. They worked as an Auxiliar de RR. HH. and Jefe de Sistemas at Proyectos y Construcciones del Puerto, S.A. de C.V., and later served as Gerente Corporativo de Capital Humano at GT Global, where they led HR processes and implemented performance management tools. Currently, Julio is the Gerente de Capital Humano at CLEBER, continuing their focus on enhancing organizational strategies. They have also pursued several diplomas in human capital management and business administration from institutions such as Mercer University and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
