Ruth Buan

Ruth Buan has a wealth of experience in customer service and success. Ruth began their career in 2014 as a Technical Support Representative at Sutherland Global Services. In 2016, they moved to Convergys as a Customer Service Representative. In 2018, they joined Cleeng as a Customer Success Specialist, where they launched the Subscriber Retention Management (SRM) platform designed for OTT services. Ruth later became a Customer Success Team Lead and then a Customer Success Supervisor.

Ruth Buan attended the University of the East, where they studied Psychology, from 2008 to present.
