Hui Liu has a background in web development and frontend engineering. They worked at Baidu, Inc. from June 2010 to December 2018, where their role involved page reconstruction and optimization for various columns such as finance, internet, and home pages. In December 2018, Hui Liu joined Cleerly as a Senior Frontend Developer.

Hui Liu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University (CN) between 2004 and 2008. Following this, Hui pursued a Master's degree in Computer Applications Technology from Wuhan University, completing it from 2008 to 2010.
