Josh L.

Josh L. has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Josh currently works as an IT Engineer at Cleerly starting from February 2023. Prior to that, Josh worked as an IT Support Administrator at Red Canary from February 2021 to August 2022. Josh also gained experience as a Jr IT Administrator at Mersive Technologies from May 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they held multiple roles at HomeAdvisor, including Telephony Administrator from January 2019 to May 2019 and Desktop Support Technician from April 2018 to January 2019. Josh's previous experience includes working as a Desktop Support Technician at Torrent Technologies from May 2017 to February 2018, and as a SOC Technician at Optiv Inc from September 2015 to January 2017.

Josh L. attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Information Technology. During their time there, they did not obtain a degree. In terms of certifications, Josh obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2018. In December 2017, they also became a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certified by Cisco. Most recently, in February 2021, Josh obtained the BetterCloud Certified Administrator certification from BetterCloud.
