Kara Walsh

Kara Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kara is currently the Vice President of Strategic Programs at Cleerly, where they lead a team in executing go-to-market strategies and creating institutional knowledge infrastructure. Prior to this, Kara worked as the Senior Director of Strategic Programs at Cleerly and also founded their own company, Courage Enterprise LLC, in 2018.

Kara has also held positions at Sound Physicians as the National Director of Population Health, where they focused on improving patient outcomes and affordability of healthcare through clinical improvements and managing post-acute care partnerships. Kara has a background in clinical social work, having worked at Children's Hospital Colorado, DaVita, Boston Children's Hospital, and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. At Children's Hospital Colorado, they served as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in pediatric oncology and speaking at NASW conferences. At DaVita, Kara held roles as a Senior Manager and Manager, focusing on integrated kidney care and strategic partnerships. Kara also gained experience in business development and provider relations at BridgeHealth, where they worked on creating bundled payment programs for elective surgeries.
