Lance Thrash has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focusing on market access, reimbursement, and healthcare economics. Lance is currently the VP of Market Access and Reimbursement at Cleerly since October 2022. Prior to this, Lance served as the Vice President of Reimbursement and Health Economics at Aerin Medical from March 2020 to September 2022. Lance also held roles at Merit Medical Systems, Inc., Vascular Insights, LLC, Acclarent, Conceptus, and TAP Pharmaceuticals, where they gained valuable experience in various healthcare economics and reimbursement positions. Lance has a proven track record of effectively managing payer relations and driving market access strategies.
