Philippe Raffy

Philippe Raffy currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Platform at Cleerly, beginning in October 2025, focusing on the development of next-generation clinical solutions in collaboration with various teams. Prior to this, Philippe acted as a CTO Consultant at Clairity, Inc., from January 2022 to September 2025, advising on AI, software development, and MedTech commercialization. Philippe also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Clairity, where the first FDA-authorized AI platform for breast cancer risk prediction was successfully launched. Over the course of a distinguished career, Philippe has held key roles such as Vice President of Engineering at TeraRecon, Inc., and Executive Director of Artificial Intelligence at Change Healthcare, where an AI division was established, leading to the launch of an FDA-cleared deep learning model. Philippe's expertise is further supported by a Post Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a PhD from Université Côte d'Azur.
