Cleeve Partnership was set up by a group of executive recruiters who deliberately avoid the sales led approach to modern hiring and whose purpose is simply to use our many years of knowledge and expertise to help growing businesses succeed.

And on the premise that all businesses are made up of people, that means getting the people right. If you do that, everything else follows.

You may already know how hard it is to make the right hire? Once your network is exhausted and you need to go out to strangers to fill the roles you need filling, in the process entrusting your precious business to the hands of someone else, you have got to know the decision you made is the right one and you have got the right person in.

Recruitment has costs - we know that, but it doesn't cost nearly as much as getting the hire wrong. And that is where we step in. We won't let you go wrong.

Cleeve has collectively 135 years doing recruiting….we are good at that job. We truly are. Instinct developed over decades, backed up by a structured process designed to make sure only the best ones get through. But more than that, we go out and find your people for you - we don't sit and wait for them to come to us. We know your sector intimately. We can be thoroughly referenced.

Permanent leadership for transformation programmes or tactical interim appointments to stabilise critical projects (something we excel at), we deliver executives who combine technical credibility with commercial and operational judgement.

Lastly, we understand the unique demands of hiring within your sector; security clearance requirements, a balance between commercial acumen and programme delivery expertise, and the strategic importance of getting senior appointments right first time.

It is our deep desire to see SME businesses succeed and stand a chance of growing. And that's people……we know people.
