Julien Berard

Julien Berard currently serves as the Director of Operations at CLEEVEN since January 2018, contributing full-time leadership. Prior experience includes co-founding and acting as Managing Partner at Cleeven SC within Abylsen from April 2009 to November 2016, where Julien facilitated the establishment of ABYLSEN in Switzerland and oversaw its operational activities. Julien also held the position of Managing Director and Partner at ABYLSEN Switzerland, managing business unit development and coaching junior managers in their professional growth. Earlier experience includes a role as a Quality Assistant at Caterpillar Inc. in 2002. Julien Berard earned an advanced certificate in leadership, coaching, and change from ESSEC Executive Education in 2019 and holds a Master of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from The University of Salford, obtained in 2006.
