Founded in Spring of 2018 by Dr. Damon Padgett, Clements Ferry Veterinary is conveniently located just off of I-526, a short drive from Cainhoy, Daniel Island, Hanahan, and Mount Pleasant. Our compassionate team is invested in forming a long-lasting relationship based on trust and transparency. Courtesy, respect, and patience are values we instill in our well-trained and accommodating staff. Pets are family, and we see no other way to treat them, than as our own.

During our appointments, we will start by listening to your cat or dog’s story and their medical history, and then perform a thorough and in-depth examination. We will use all of this information to develop an honest, individualized plan that best suits you and your pet’s needs, to help provide a lifetime of health and happiness.

Clements Ferry Veterinary offers preventative health care, as well as advanced diagnostic and surgical services. Visit our website below, or call us to make an appointment to meet Dr. Padgett, Dr. Rains, and the rest of our fantastic team!
