Ruthie Millar

Ruthie Millar is the Director of Community Outreach at Clemson Downs. Ruthie has previous experience as the Membership Director at the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce, where they provided support to members and served as the staff liaison for three area councils. Ruthie has also worked in marketing and community outreach at Tri-County Technical College, where they helped with enrollment efforts, publishing directories and catalogs, and assisting with photo shoots and commercials.

Ruthie Millar has an associate's degree in arts from Tri-County Technical College in marketing.

Ruthie Millar reports to James Hill, Executive Director. Ruthie Millar works with Anayeli Olayo Olvera - Wellness Coordinator, Tonya Weatherwax - Office Manager & HR Assistant, and Duane Jones - Maintenance Director.
