Chris Singleton, MAI, CCIM, currently serves as a Senior Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors® since October 2024 and has been an Adjunct Instructor at Clemson University since August 2016. Prior to these roles, Chris held several positions at American Forest Management, Inc. from November 2004 to October 2024, including Manager of Disposition Services and Assistant Director roles in both Investment and Appraisal Services, focusing on timberland appraisal and business development across the Southeastern United States, Pacific Northwest, and South America. Earlier experience includes serving as a Forest Analyst at Temple-Inland Forest Products Corporation and as a teacher and coach at Lake City Middle School and Columbia High School, where responsibilities included teaching geography and US history and coaching volleyball and softball. Chris holds a Master of Forest Resources in Management and Economics from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Florida State University.
