Brian Hansen

Brian Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Brian joined Clēnera Renewable Energy in 2018 as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, they oversee the acquisition, development, and management of utility-scale solar farms and energy storage facilities throughout the United States.

Prior to Clēnera, Brian worked at Holland & Hart LLP from 2006 to 2018 as a Partner. Brian focused on corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions. Brian also managed Holland & Hart's Boise office.

From 2001 to 2006, Brian served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at MPC Computers. In this position, they provided legal oversight, managed SEC reporting, and handled various legal matters such as corporate governance, finance transactions, and litigation.

Before joining MPC Computers, Brian worked at Micron Electronics, Inc. as the Area Vice President, Legal, and Secretary from 1997 to 2001.

Brian also had a role as an Associate at Holland & Hart LLP from 1994 to 1997, where they handled international business transactions, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.
