Paul Shurtleff, ME, PE, CPEM, is an experienced Project Engineer currently serving as the ESS Project Engineering Manager at Clēnera. With a robust background in power generation and renewables, Paul has successfully managed large multi-discipline teams on numerous Department of Defense projects, focusing on infrastructure, water treatment, and renewable energy. They hold a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Management from the University of Idaho, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Renewable Energy Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology. Previously, Paul contributed as a Math/Physics Tutor at Central Oregon Community College and Klamath Community College, and held leadership roles in various engineering and mechanical firms.
