Brad Knutti has extensive experience in technical support, having worked at Cleo Communications since February 1998 as a Tech Support specialist. Prior to this role, Brad held a position in systems support at Bi-State Cash Registers INC from March 1986 to February 1998, focusing on scanning systems support.
