John Baran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Cleo since April 2016, John has progressed through various roles, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, focusing on sales enablement and best practices. Prior to Cleo, John held positions at EXTOL International, Inc. as a Business Development Manager and at Oasis Interiors Inc. as a Project Manager and Lead Carpenter. Additional experience includes project management at Space Carpenter LLC, as well as roles in general contracting and tutoring at Penn State University. John holds a BBA in Finance/Investments from Baruch College and has completed studies at The Cooper Union and Galloup School of Luthiery.
